Custom Projects

Bring the outcome. The right engagement is shaped around it.

One tailored proposal connects only the capabilities the project needs. Best for MVPs, new features, complex platforms, or cross-disciplinary initiatives where scope must reflect business goals, user value, product complexity, and delivery constraints.

Possible outcomes
  • Responsive production implementation
  • Frontend and backend delivery scope

How screen counts are defined

Package counts assume standard-complexity screens. A dense dashboard, multi-role workflow, or screen with many unique states may be estimated as more than one screen. Repeated responsive variants and reusable states are scoped explicitly in the proposal.

Ad hoc support

Ad hoc consulting and approved out-of-scope work are estimated separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Focused Expertise

One specific challenge. The right expertise to address it.

Get targeted support for a defined product problem without committing to a broader project. Diagnose product friction, establish a scalable system, or add reserved product design capacity to an existing team.

How we work

From product challenge to reliable handoff. Four stages keep decisions, responsibilities, and outputs aligned.

01

Clarify

Align the product challenge, decision-makers, success criteria, and delivery risks.

02

Scope

Confirm the proposal, milestones, responsibilities, review rhythm, and payment schedule.

03

Deliver

Progress through agreed milestones with consolidated feedback at each decision point.

04

Handoff

Release final files, specifications, usage rights, and implementation guidance after approval and full payment.

Working agreement

Clear terms before work begins. Every proposal defines scope, investment, schedule, review rhythm, and acceptance criteria.

Project-specific terms are confirmed in writing before delivery begins.

Payment terms

Payment follows the size and delivery risk of the engagement.

Clarity Session, Launch Sprint, UX Audit, and Retainer100% upfront
Core Product Flow50% to start; 50% before final handoff
Custom Product Engagement, Design System Foundation, and qualifying custom work40% to start; 30% at design approval; 30% before handoff

Revision policy

Feedback should be consolidated by one client-side decision-maker. Additional in-scope revision rounds and material scope changes receive a separate estimate.

Included as a revision
  • Color, type, spacing, hierarchy, and layout refinements
  • Copy or label adjustments using client-supplied content
  • Corrections that keep the approved brief and flow intact
Requires a scope change
  • A different concept or visual direction after approval
  • New screens, features, roles, or user flows
  • Changes caused by new requirements or stakeholder decisions

Communication standards

Response time

Within 1-2 business days; priority queue for Embedded retainers

Channels

WhatsApp or email for async communication; video calls at key milestones

Progress

Update at every agreed milestone; weekly update for retainer engagements

Client feedback

Consolidated feedback within 2 business days keeps the schedule on track

Commercial assumptions
  • Project estimates are valid for 14 days and scheduling is confirmed only after the required payment is received.
  • Copywriting, development, brand identity, illustration, participant recruitment, incentives, and analytics implementation are excluded unless explicitly listed.
  • Timelines assume timely access to stakeholders, source materials, and consolidated feedback; delays may shift the delivery date.
  • Fees are confirmed in the engagement proposal and exclude applicable taxes. International projects may be quoted in USD at the exchange basis stated in the proposal.
  • Editable source files and agreed usage rights transfer after full payment. Cahyadi Aditya may display completed work unless a written confidentiality term says otherwise.
